Privacy Policy

The purchase of any travel service provided by Sailora Trip constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (“Guest”) and Sailora Trip (“Company”). By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.

We kindly ask that you review these terms carefully prior to confirming your reservation.


1. Payment Terms

To secure your reservation, a 50% prepayment is required.

Payment may be made via:

  • Secure international payment link (Visa / Mastercard), or
  • Domestic bank transfer (Indonesia)

Your selected dates remain available to other guests until the deposit is received.

For reservations made less than 10 days prior to departure, full payment (100%) is required at the time of booking.

The remaining balance must be settled no later than 7 days before departure.


2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

  • More than 90 days before departure: 100% refund (excluding bank and transaction fees).
  • Less than 90 days before departure: No refund.
  • Less than 7 days before departure: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.

All refunds are subject to deduction of applicable banking and administrative fees.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations.


3. No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive at the agreed meeting point and time will be considered a No-Show.

In such cases:

  • The cruise will proceed as scheduled.
  • No refund will be issued.
  • 100% of the total booking amount remains payable.

4. Force Majeure

Sailora Trip reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel a voyage due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Epidemics or health emergencies
  • Government regulations
  • Civil unrest, riots, or strikes

In such cases, we will inform guests at the earliest possible time.

Where feasible, we will offer:

  • Rescheduling options, or
  • A replacement vessel of comparable standard

If no alternative solution can be provided, a full refund of payments received will be issued (excluding non-recoverable third-party costs).


5. National Park & Government Fees

National park entrance fees and government levies are not included in the cruise price unless otherwise stated.

These fees are payable upon check-in in accordance with local regulations.


6. Health & Personal Responsibility

Guests participate in all activities at their own risk.

Sailora Trip shall not be held liable for:

  • Illness
  • Injury
  • Accidents
  • Medical conditions arising before, during, or after the voyage

Guests are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate in marine and outdoor activities.


7. Travel Insurance

Guests are required to arrange their own comprehensive travel insurance covering:

  • Medical expenses
  • Emergency evacuation
  • Trip cancellation or interruption
  • Personal belongings

Sailora Trip does not provide travel insurance coverage.


8. Flight Delays & Travel Disruptions

All flight schedules are subject to change by airlines and aviation authorities.

Sailora Trip is not responsible for:

  • Missed departures due to flight delays
  • Airline schedule changes
  • Losses arising from travel disruptions beyond our control

We advise guests to allow sufficient buffer time when arranging flights.


9. Date Changes

Any request to change the departure date will be treated as a cancellation and a new booking.

Cancellation fees will apply as outlined in Section 2.


10. Itinerary Adjustments

The itinerary is carefully designed for an optimal experience; however, adjustments may be necessary due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Sea and tide conditions
  • Safety considerations
  • Port authority regulations

All changes are at the Captain’s discretion and made solely for guest safety and comfort.

No compensation will be provided for itinerary modifications required for operational or safety reasons.


11. Technical Issues

In the rare event of technical issues prior to departure:

  • Sailora Trip is entitled to up to half a day to resolve the issue.
  • If the delay extends beyond this, appropriate compensation may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

12. Conduct & Safety

Sailora Trip reserves the right to terminate a guest’s participation without refund if:

  • Behavior endangers crew or other guests
  • Instructions from the Captain or crew are disregarded
  • Health conditions pose a safety risk

Safety and comfort of all guests remain our highest priority.


13. Personal Belongings

Sailora Trip is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the voyage.

We recommend securing valuables and obtaining insurance coverage for:

  • Smartphones
  • Cameras
  • Laptops
  • Jewelry
  • Other high-value items

At Sailora Trip, we are committed to delivering a refined, seamless, and unforgettable sailing experience. These terms are designed to ensure clarity, safety, and the highest standards of service for all our guests.
